When I took my first money course, one of the exercises was to visualize where I wanted to be so that I could quantum leap there.
I had to embody the Ginie that was already there, but I didn’t understand HOW to do that.
The thing is that there was a HUGE gap between where I was and where I wanted to be.
I was doing the work of visualizing the end result, but it wasn’t working for me because I felt so overwhelmed with ALL the things that had to happen in between for me to get to where I wanted to be.
I got really bitter, especially because it was a huge investment for me at the time and I wasn’t getting the results I wanted and needed.
I was focusing so much on the end result that I wasn’t allowing myself to see the individual steps.
For some people, focusing on the end result will work.
From personal experience, I’d say it’s better if you learn how to ask for the next right step and take it as soon as you get your answer. Things will shift quicker and you’ll get to where you want to be much faster.
It’s just like walking. You take one step at a time, rest when you need it, and then keep going.
Taking one step at a time will get you to where you want/need to be before you know it!
